by: QuestionWhat happens if you only have one house left during pref. Like do you automatically get a bid to that house or are you not getting a bid at all?

Pref night both houses will have their bid lists. There is an A list and a B list. For the most part, girls preffing you won’t know which list you fall on. Say you rank house 1 as your top choice, if you fall on their A list then it is a match and you go there but if you aren’t on their A list then the system will try to match you to house 2. If you are not on house 2’s A list then the process will go again for house 1’s B list and so on. If you are not a match to either list then you become a quota addition. You will never know if you were the quota addition but this is places based on preference/how many girls that house has taken

Getting one house back for pref happens a lot. If you go to that pref party, and rank that house as 1, you are guaranteed a bid at that house.
