why does DZ receive so much backlash?

I’m confused on why DZ always gets ranked so low? From the looks of it it seems to be a good sorority. is DZ really that bad?

They are not horrible but not good. As someone who recently went thru rush their rush was just that compared to other houses, not horrible but not great
