Phi delta theta

How is phi delt as a fraternity? What’s their reputation , also heard they have the hardest pledgeship on campus. Any insight?

They seem like a pretty good fraternity. However, I’ve heard their pledgeship is very difficult and involves some dangerous elements. Sick house though.
