how is alpha phi at bama?

They're fairly new on campus (came back in 2008 after closing in the early 60's) but have done well for themselves. Very pretty girls, but not the best grades. Hard partiers. Frats like them.

You keep talking, but all we hear is blah blah blah. Sorry. One of the sweetest girls in my recruitment group pledged APhi and she is a doll. We pledged different sororities and I love mine, just as she loves hers. As it should be. The APhis I have met are sweet and pretty. I am sure there are some bad apples, but people just seem mighty tacky and jealous to me.

Oh my goodness. I can't believe you'd talk about anyone in the same greek system as you in this manner. You cannot criticize someone's perceived "class", when the comments you post lack class. I cannot believe anyone would be so insecure to go on this site and just bash groups of people. I came onto this site for research while writing letters of recommendations for family friends and now my only recommendation is not to join this particular greek life and consider their other options.

Class is being kind to all. No matter their Panhellenic affiliation.

Lovely women, building a fabulous new house. They've done surprisingly well and thus kicked up a lot of jealousy, as you can see.

They are pretty and fun. Frats love them. Not the best grades. Need higher standards. I didn't pref them, but I have friends in the house. You will have a ball if you transfer. Plenty of fun, party girls, as well as smart and classy girls. You will be fine.

APhi isn’t a bad house at all, but none of the sororities at Bama are bad. They definitely aren’t known for grades or being super involved on campus. More of a party house with pretty girls, which is totally fine. They’re New Row instead of Old Row, which matters much more if you’re from the south.
