Ranks with explanations

AXO XO DDD (most well rounded so nothing else to add)
PM KKG KD AGD (second best well rounded but a little heavier pull in some aspects, ex: PM a little too focused on looks, KKG lacks involvement, KD too focused on instate, AGD too conservative)
ZTA PBP ADPI DG AOPI (ZTA is lacking in grades, retention, and too appearance focused, PBP and ADPI are lacking in retention and cohesion, DG has great grades and somewhat involved, but is too low key, AOPI has great grades and involvement but is a weak recruiter and has no cohesion)
APHI GPB DZ (APHI is a strong recruiter and highly desired but not strong in any other aspect, GPB is a weak recruiter and somewhat desired with a little campus involvement, DZ is not highly desired and has weak grades but a beautiful house)
KAT SK (KAT is on the come up and has great grades but struggles with past preconceived notions, SK has a lot of sweet girls but struggles in almost every aspect)

I just think DG and AOPi should be their own row. The only thing people seem to not agree on is if GPhi/DZ > DG/AOPI or vice versa, and I feel like it comes down to whether a person thinks grades/involvement/sisterhood makes a chapter climb in ranks (DG/AOPI), or trendiness/partying makes a chapter climb in ranks (GPHI/DZ).

Fair enough, I do think the order of desirability within OR is definitely superrrr random and all over the place, and there's no really overall rank of desirability for OR houses. For girls with a shot at OR it depends so much on where you're from and who you know that will determine what your top house is. So for that reason I'd just have all of OR in one line.

WELL, DUH! OF COURSE, PEOPLE WOULD CARE ABOUT GRADES FIRST. IT IS COLLEGE. THAT IS WHY AOII AND DG GET BETTER ALL AROUND GIRLS THAT GPHI OR DZ ANY DAY. I ALSO THINK AOII AND DG DESERVE TO BE THERE. THEY HAVE WORKED HARD AND HAD SOME GREAT RECRUITING CLASSES. PUTTING ADII THERE IS A REAL PUSH, AND I THINK PBP IS QUESTIONABLE.

cohesion means that a sorority doesn’t take a bunch of rando’s. like the members seem to be similar and the sorority has a “type”

Aopi is fine nationally in terms of # of chapters/# of members, but I would def say they're middle of the pack of 26, whereas zta and pbp are a little higher up nationally. I think AOPi has a national presence for sure, but not moreso than zta pbp or dg.

Pi Phi, AOII and DG are much stronger nationally than ZTA . But here it goes revive versa.

ZTA is stronger nationally than AOII. Plus, AOII has had to shut down more of their chapters.

I agree, it truly depends on you talk to. I think the most fair way to put those 4 in a rank is in the same row.
Personally I would say (no order in rows):
XO DDD KKG
AXO PM AGD KD
ZTA PBP ADPI APHI
AOII DG GPHI DZ
KAT SK SDT
Obviously every girl is different but overall on a general basis I feel like that's the order houses get hyped up during rush. Some girls would totally rather be AOII/DG than GPHi/DZ based entirely on who they are and where they feel like they'd fit in better, or vice versa, but I'd say those 4 houses have the same level of PNM interest (PNMs like them enough and think they're okay, but there's not a ton of hype)
