its so funny how much dz and gphi are trying to portray themselves as the zta/aphi image. aphi still got way hotter girls despite scandals and are still swapping with old row houses. taking girls with 2.2 gpas does not mean you have a good or hot pc - nobody else wanted them and you were desperate.

Aphi might be hotter than both dz & gphi but like ok said they are below both of them in grades and I think gphi & dz are rising and becoming more looks based social houses so they belong in that same category I just think since in the past they’ve been ranked as “bottom” houses people don’t give them credit now when their last couple pledge classes were pretty good & they’ve moved up

pi phi’s latest pc was great in terms of looks. frats think the pcs for pi phi are hot now. and this isn’t even coming from a pi phi, but u can’t deny that their pcs have consistently improved the past few years, and it’s hard not to notice. is tht what they’re prioritizing? no, the definitely prioritize other things over looks during rush but yes, they are right up there with some of the other “looks houses” in terms of their pcs

pi phi’s latest pc was great in terms of looks. frats think the pcs for pi phi are hot now. and this isn’t even coming from a pi phi, but u can’t deny that their pcs have consistently improved the past few years, and it’s hard not to notice. is tht what they’re prioritizing? no, the definitely prioritize other things over looks during rush but yes, they are right up there with some of the other “looks houses” in terms of their pcs

yeah they’re getting better but NOT that much better. name a frat who thinks gphi/dz is more fun than aphi 🥴 yeah they have more party attitudes but a lot of girls in those srats are more annoying than “fun”, and they’re still a really huge mix of girls. gphi and dz just live on this site 🙄

Ha ha Name a girl that cares whether a fraternity thinks her sisters are hot. Girls love their sisters for who they are, not for what boys think about them.

I would say pi phi is up there, actually. pi phi’s pc has improved every single year over the past couple years. it keeps getting better and better and this year they took a lot of new members away from other “looks houses” i also believe the youtube presence in pi phi helps to bring members there because when girls get up close glimpses of what it’s like being in pi phi through those videos before they even rush, they have interest and want to go pi phi. everyone acts so bothered with the amount of you tubers in pi phi, but it does more good for the house than it does harm. 😊 maybe the houses that struggle with getting good pcs should have members make youtube channels
