Tri delt doing COB

so im confused. Everyone always says on this site that u cant be a top house if u COB, but tri delt is doing it this semester. How are they even a top house? Very quirky girls anyways

DDD isn’t a top house, regardless of whether or not they do Spring rush... them doing Spring rush this year just reinforces the fact that they’re not a top house.

For all those wondering why... well, they’re an eclectic mix of girls, meaning they don’t have a strong, cohesive image. They also rarely get top instate PNMs, which is important considering they’re an Old Row house. Ultimately, DDD isn’t a “bad” house, they’re just not top.
