avg price of sorority

Depends on a lot of things. I’d say, the average “extra cost” of sorority life comes out to $1500-2000. This includes dresses and costumes for swaps/date parties, gifts for big/little, tshirts and miscellaneous merch, fees for philanthropy events, donations, etc. Obviously there are girls who spend a lot more and a lot less, just depends on who you are and what you can afford.

Hey! I would agree with the previous comment, you could spend a lot more or less because very little of the extra stuff is mandatory. In my house, we all share and borrow dresses and such for dances. I will say the merchandise can get expensive, but only if you choose to buy all of it. I’ve only bought a few pieces here and there and I’ve spent WELL under $1000 for all my “extra” stuff

You are always going to spend more in the fall than spring and more your 1st 2 years. Agree with everything above. Also you have to not include your alcohol money.
