They are kind of like getting a Honda Accord for a new car. Not great not bad just fine. Not on par with pi phi or Zta but better than bottom tier

Definitely not a top house. They self rank on here a lot. The weird girls outweigh the decent ones. They drunk post a lot on Tik Tok and then take them down so they don’t get in trouble.
You could do much better.

I have a few friends that are ADPi and they love it. They aren’t known for being a party house...more of a grades house. They’re great girls and seem to really like their sisters. I’d definitely say one of the tops of new row, just depends on if you fit in there or not.

They have a decent amount of OOS girls that seem nice. Not the worst house, but not even close to a top house. Some girls party too much and have bad grades, but with so many girls they can keep a decent Greek gpa. They should get rid of the low hanging girls and try to raise their rank. Keep them out of the bars and they may help too.
