When to reach out to Fraternity Rush chairs?

I am OOS and will be attending in fall 21. When is the best time to reach out to Fraternity rush chairs? Also, do the houses have open houses to stop by if I am in town?

you can look through alabama ifc once the next semester starts and the best way to reach out is find their instagram’s or if there number is online text them.
