Sig Tau deleting posts and lying

STG deleted my post exposing them for lying about building a new house and posting fake ranks of themselves. Seriously, each fake rank is a random female first name with some cringey line about them building a new house.
Spring Rushees - STG is not getting a new house. Their current lease, in fact, is almost up. They are the worst fraternity on Jefferson aside from the box houses. Don’t rush them unless it’s your last resort.

Seriously, if you think us, Sig Tau, are lying please ask us directly instead of posting on Greek rank. Not right to make assumptions about a “lesser house” which believe it or not aren’t true, even though our history sounds crazy. All it takes is one question, which we will be happy to explain with evidence that we are a REAL house and are working hard to stay that way.
Unfortunately, most people won’t believe what we have to say considering we have the “worst” reputation on campus. In fact, one of our members recently dropped because he doesn’t see the need to pay dues for forced friendship, and we respect the GDI life considering we are an open minded and kind environment :)

Then put a muzzle on your troll that keeps producing lies that only makes you guys look really stupid. Anybody in the know, has the proof that you are not building a house on University Blvd as the University has no plans to allow any house to build, they have not started any design phase or approved any plans for it. They have no construction plans for the next 5 years to build any house. In fact the only location that has plans for future houses is on Bryce drive.

Correction- Trolls will be trolls, there is no need to stop them, for they are only causing problems for themselves. (Idgaf about looking stupid at this point)
Also, the ONLY person in the know for reconstruction plans is ME. With every plan comes patience, and everyone knows all you can control is yourself. If the University doesn’t want to approve the plans anytime soon it’s ok and not the end of the world. We are in fact working on it slowly, outside of Greek life as it is irrelevant in this situation. If you really want to know what my goals and plans are all you have to do is ask... directly, not via the internet!

I’m not the kid that responded to you ab an hour ago, but we have no beef with u tbh.
However, literally every fraternity on Jefferson has someone who submits design plans and works towards getting a new house. Just because you’ve submitted a plan recently, it doesn’t mean you’re next in line for a spot. Countless others are working towards the same goal, so you shouldn’t even be suggesting that a new house is even “in the works” until that plan actually gets approved, let alone saying that construction is “starting soon” like that other idiot did. Again, not saying that’s u, but someone has to come on here and be honest.

Never said any plans were starting soon. And believe me I understand the approval process. Plans are in the works in my own way, and that’s all that matters. The only person that needs to be honest in this thing is myself, which I have been, and if others can’t see that it’s on them. It comes down to understanding or at least attempting to understand, which involves asking questions and not making assumptions about my personal life and family on Greek rank through various anonymous threads and nicknames. Its the holidays so please enjoy your family and worry about yourself, and I’ll enjoy mine :)
PS: If you have any questions or want any clarity DO NOT hesitate to ask me. I would appreciate that instead of spreading rumors. What looks bad on the outside isn’t always the case on the inside, wish more people could see it... but social media and technology has its own way of handling things :/

Yup I understand that. I was talking about the kid posting the self-ranks and commenting on other threads ab this subject. You've already been super transparent. Tbh I don't really have much of a problem with STG, but I just wanted to counterbalance the deceit from whoever else was posting fake ranks.
