Getting Alpha Gam From OOR
by: pnmhow hard is it to get alpha gam from far oor? i have good grades & involvement but people have said they only take southerners/people with connections?

Why is that wild? This reputation is literally only a thing on this site. I'd say they are known as mostly the "good girls" but like they are just a bunch of college girls and have girls of every kind, just like everyone else.

Why would you want Alpha Gam as someone OOR? They are HORRIBLE anywhere outside the state of Alabama. You'll tell the people at home what group you've joined, and they'll be "What?" There are plenty of other sororities at Bama which are good here AND are respected elsewhere.

After college I actually want to stay in Alabama, so I’m not too worried about what people at home think. They’re also top tier at my big state school so I wouldn’t say they’re horrible anywhere outside of bama.
