Spring teas were a MAJOR thing up until like...2015. Anyone who's actually in a chapter here would know that lol.

They’re not top because they are old row. They’re top because of other reasons, including having longer histories on campus. That tends to help chapters at all schools, not just here. Y’all can’t really believe any of those houses on the bottom list are “better” or more desirable from an objective perspective than the OR ones?

The opposite of love isn’t hate, it’s indifference.
The “worst”‘ houses are the ones no one really pays attention to or cares about. There’s no emotion around being selected or excluded by houses (or people) you have zero interest in.
Hate is triggered by some uncomfortable emotion - envy, jealously, exclusion, not measuring up, missing out, differences, insecurities, etc.
The “haters” can object as much as they want, deep down they know it’s true!
If you’re smart and paying attention, you realize houses getting “the hate” have something going on that triggers these emotion amongst some.

No one hates or can’t stand the “irrelevant”. They simply ignore them and give them no attention.
Hate is triggered by something completely different.
You may want to think you can’t stand the “irrelevant” but something is making them very relevant to you!

If someone is on here posting hate about a house, they're not irrelevant, and they certainly aren't to the person posting.

Wasn't just ZTA, though. Also posts form a couple of people who disliked APhi for recruiting based on looks only got removed. Especially after the second one pointing out that National APhi condones this as a practice. So common theme of both APhi and ZTA caring ONLY about looks and posts got deleted.

I personally feel that a house that recruits purely on looks is disgusting and degrading. There are houses, such as phi mu, that recruit based on looks BUT they also take into consideration reputation, academic ability, and volunteer experience- I respect that they go after the "total package".
I feel like there is so much more to a person than looks. That's just my opinion though, and everyone has different views on this. If social media posts and looking a certain way online is your top priority, then ZTA or APHI are the houses for you, and I for one view ZTA and APhi as superficial and shallow

I disagree with your assumption that people can only hate a house "because they are jealous." People can have negative opinions of houses for a plethora of reasons. Such as how the house presents themselves around campus or on social media. I'll take it a step further and bring up how members treat other people. The latter references members who wear letters that tie them to their house. You represent your entire house when wearing letters and you probably shouldn't be rude while wearing (or driving) something that gives away what house you belong to. This statement applies to both fraternities and sororities.
