In general, how competitive is fraternity rush at UA

Its competitive in a weird way because of how informal it is. Its hard to get invited to good frats rush events if you don't know anyone, the guys have to vibe with you and think you're cool, you have to meet and talk to the right guys at the events to get the bid.
Some kids fall through the cracks and get bids because of hs or family connections. Definitely not a system in which the coolest, smartest, and most attractive completely dominate a house.
