What will fraternities be looking for?

When a PNM is rushing a fraternity, what will the brothers be looking for? What kind of questions will they ask you? What will they base their decision of whether or not to give you a bid off of?

most bid u if u seem cool, but it helps to have connections, dress well, have a good gpa, and live near some of the guys in the house. also you they won’t ask you a ton of questions you gotta put in work talking to them.
