What are the jefferson house rankings

Honestly, I don’t really think you can truly rank Jefferson houses because they’re all basically the same in terms of status. Lambda Chi and Delta Chi are the only 2 houses that most people consider to be on par to University houses, so I’d say they’re “top” of Jefferson... the rest of the houses are just kind of there.

The answer to your question is as follows: Jefferson houses are the struggling houses, they don't have the money to build a big house on University or the alumni backing. Jefferson houses were once cool decades ago, but they lived off reputation for too long and not try to make themselves more appealing or desirable. yes, houses like Delta Chi and Kappa Sigma have great reputations but sadly did not try to improve themselves. The other traditional Jefferson houses like Chi Phi, DTD and Lambda Chi are a joke now. They relied on university row rejects way too long and slowly dying.
Basically the Jefferson houses are slowly dying from a 1000 paper cuts and no better than the off campus houses.
Basically if you can't get University Fraternities than your fail safe is one of the Jefferson houses in order just to say you are greek. That is not to say some of the University houses such as Sig Ep and Beta are good, though the rest are very good.

Judgmental much?? Maybe people go to Jefferson houses because that's where they fit in most???

Really depends on what Jefferson house. Some houses like LXA, ZBT, and Delta Chi did multi-millionaire dollar renovations/additions to their houses. At the same time other Jefferson houses like pike and theta chi moved to newly built houses on university and sold their old Jefferson house. Obviously moving to university was the better move, but hindsight is 20/20.
Now Sigma Pi and Phi Sig are in these houses and still establishing themselves since they’ve only been here for like 15-20 years.
