On what you look like. If you’re attractive guys will be interested in you regardless of what house you’re in. If you’re not then no house will change that

They prefer to take girls from zta and phi mu and prefer not to take theta’s or sigma kappa, but they don’t really care as long as you are attractive

Depends on the dude and the fraternity. Most don’t especially once they are older. But pikes definitely prefer to hang with ztas, sae and kappa, dke and kd, etc. Some of the freshmen in OR houses might care if a girl isn’t in a house he deems “good.” But for the most part a cute girl is a cute girl

It usually the other way around, freshmen girls tend to be superficial on what fraternity guys they will date. They eventually all learn the hard truth of that attitude when they have no boyfriend going into their last years.
