Bottom tier, but mid-top of that bottom tier. Get some okay girls - the pretty ones they get are usually grade or reputation risks.

GPhi is a good option if all you have left for Sisterhood are bottom houses. I’d prefer them over two or three other houses.

There are sure a lot of older, out-of-touch people on here. The Gphis of today are not the same as the ones of 20 years ago according to people in my mom's alumna group (OR group in B'ham). They're all impressed with the Gamma Phis compared to what they were like then. Download insta or come on down and see for yourself.

Personally, I think GPB is a really good house. They don’t have serious retention issues like some other NR houses. The sisterhood is fairly close knit and they’re social. I’d rank them lower mid tier. They’re a notch above bottom tier IMO. And BTW some of the comments here are pretty mean spirited.

i feel like gphi has gotten alot better very fast so its hard to decide for sure, but from what it looks like right now they have alot of super cute, very nice girls who love being in it. happy to see such a turnaround in them. no need for so much hate!
