Why does everyone hate on DZ

I’m just confused as to why this house is considered bottom tier. The last couple PC’s are great, girls are so sweet, they have average grades and go out. What makes them worse than everyone else

You must be a freshman. Once you’re on the other side of rush you’ll see all the PNMs coming through and where they end up and you’ll understand how ranks work.

this ^^ i’m in another NR house and after doing rush, it’s really surprising to see which houses will take girls you dropped for reputation issues/grade risks, especially since those end up being their prettiest girls usually lol. DZ took like at least 10 girls i remember we dropped for those reasons

Since you asked...

- Not really involved on campus
- Take a lot of grade & reputation risks
- A lot of internal issues
- Sisterhood issues
- Overall it’s an “ok” house but there are a lot of better options

dz is solid bottom tier... anyone who thinks otherwise is a dz. and there’s nothing wrong with being a bottom tier house, every house just has a place in the ranks.
