Ranks totally aside. What is DZ honestly known as. I know many DZ that hu w old row houses and have friends in old row so honest opinion.

Truth about DZ:

- Decent house but there are better options
- The majority of them hang with other girls in new row houses, not old row like the OP said
- They take a lot of grade and reputation risks, like Gamma Phi and Alpha Phi
- 100% bottom tier... nothing wrong with that, every house had their place in the ranks

I have a bunch of friends in DZ. they are all so fun pretty and nice. I love going out with them. Definitely on this rise

I also have a lot of DZ friends... nice girls on their own but they’re constantly complaining about sisterhood issues and other internal things going on.
