I mostly agree and I get the sentiment behind ranking Aphi so low but they’re just not the same as theta and sk...... girls want aphi MUCH more than those houses and usually more than the houses in the tier above them

Did you actually look at the grade reports before posting this? They have right around a 3.0 for most of the past few years now.
