Phi Mu was never the “no doubt best house on campus.” Not sure where you got that from.

Pretty sure I do. They’ve had mediocre at best pledge classes the last two years. And PC18 only had a handful of top girls. Most girls would rather be AXO, XO, KKG, AGD, DDD or KD.
