by: rtrI've noticed that a lot of houses have changed in rank since I got here. What do yall think? Which houses have risen and which ones have fallen?

Fallen:
KD, AGD - Still solid houses but they haven’t moved on from Old Row’s “prestigious” years. They keep bidding friends from high school as opposed to deserving out of state PNMs and it’s hurting them.
APhi - They are legitimately struggling and have been since the HB incident. Once a solid mid tier house (or top, depending on who you’d ask) is now consistently ranked bottom.
Risen:
DDD: Another house that used to be really concerned with maintaining the “OR image,” but has dropped the mindset that KD & AGD have and has since been very successful.
AOPi & Theta: Their new houses really helped even out the playing field for them and subsequently helped them get better PCs. Both embrace their images of being chill, girl next door type houses which also helps them. Still bottom/lower mid (depending on who you ask) houses but definitely making positive changes.

Lmao alpha phi has good things about it (same as every chapter here) but they are absolutely not what they used to be.

You guys keep deleting my comment, so Im just gonna repost.
AGD and Aphi still hasn't fallen. You guys bring up this OR vs NR thing on here all the time when the facts are that OR houses are more desired by instate and new PNMs because they are simply better. AGD hasn't fallen, they are simply the bottom of OR where they always have been. Aphi hasn't fallen, they are still at the top of NR with Zeta and Pi Phi where they have been since they joined campus. Zeta, Pi Phi and Aphi are the big 3 of NR. Zeta has gotten better since my freshman year and moved up a tier, leaving APhi and Pi phi where they are now. Still top of NEW ROW.
DDD has not risen. Still one of the best houses on campus. Always will be. always was.
AOpi and Theta are still bottom of the barrel bottom feeders as they were my freshman year. Have you seen the onion's post today? Yeah that explains how Theta moved up. Gphi has gotten slightly better but still a bottom house with SK and Theta.

Falling houses are most dramatically A Phi. They lost most of their members and are trying to rebuild. The current girls are not like their older ones. Also having financial problems.
KD - falling because they can't recruit top girls anymore. AGD is also in this position. They're still going after the same small town Alabama girls they always have. Those girls are less wanted now.
Theta has been a bottom house for a long time and they are getting worse because of the girls they're taking.
Rising most dramatically is G Phi. I think it dates back to when they got their new house but idk if that's what started their rise. People that haven't been around for years still rate them at the bottom but they're not there anymore.
DDD is rising. They're pretty much able to recruit whichever girls they want and they want the best.
Pi Phi and maybe Zeta are rising too. This is mostly on the basis of the looks of the girls in their new pcs.

Pi Phi is all over this site and it’s embarrassing. You have some cute girls and some very average, and some not so cute. They’re a solid house, but not a looks house.

Gphi above aopi and theta in terms of desirability though. They are a FAR cry from where they were 5 years ago
