Sig Tau off campus?

The only place Sig Tau is moving is a trailer park on the east side of Tuscaloosa.

The Sig Tau troll loves to push buttons and keep claiming they building a house when they have been proven to be lying through their teeth time and time again.
Fact, the university requires that a chapter maintain over 100 members consistently
Fact, the university requires that a chapter have commit dollars to fully fund the construction before they even consider a development project
Fact, the university already has a 5 year plan that shows the only location anybody is going to build a house is on Bryce Lawn Drive and the only houses that have spots are ZBT and Chi Phi because they are losing their current house locations.
So they Sig Tau troll can stuff it.

Who cares. Sig Tau sucks and is the worst Jefferson house by a mile. Delta Sig will be awful when they come back, but they honestly cannot do much worse than Sig Tau. Sig Tau got 18 and 19 pledges in the fall both years in that Jefferson house, when most of the other Jefferson houses got 35-40+. Absolutely pathetic. Really who cares that Sig Tau won’t have their one annual swap with Sigma Kappa and if they’re really lucky Theta might come around. And don’t forget their one “big” band party a semester.
Absolute joke of fraternity. I would be impressed if Delta Sig managed to do worse. But at the end of the day it doesn’t matter, exchange of equals.

Sig Tau isn't best, but aren't the worst. There was no house on Jefferson that got over 27 pledges that wasn't Delta Chi or Lambda Chi. Fact check yourself. Sig Tau swapped with both Chi and A Chi O last year. Sig Tau was getting swaps with ADPi when they didn't have a house..... I wonder what joke of a house you are in? Delta Sig?

That’s just not true check the grade report. Majority of Jefferson had over 30 pledges both years with multiple with 40+. Last year ZBT, DTD, and AKL got less than 30 but still had 27-28 each and then there’s Sig Tau with 19 of the weirdest kids on the row lol
