Thoughts on beta?

Honestly the fraternities are small enough that they’re all good. With 40 guys in a pledge class there’s not much room so lower middle is still good. There’s so many cool, fun freshmen there’s no way they could all fit in the top houses.They hang out with cute girls, party, and have a great location reallt there’s nothing not to like

They’re not bad. Good location. They haven’t been on campus as long as other houses, maybe 50-60 years. They are considered New Row. They have OOS memebers. They party. Traditionally, they have competed for new members against houses like Phi Delt, Kappa Sigma, Delta Chi, DTD, maybe Sigma Chi & Pike.
