Meeting People Before Rush?

Hi all, I don’t know anyone @ Bama and am hoping to be a freshman this upcoming year. I was wondering how other people in the same boat met their roommates (or just ppl in general). Also, someone mentioned a pnm group me - how do I make sure i’m included in this? Lastly, at what point would it be acceptable to start commenting/following actives? Spring?

There will be all sorts of group chats, FB pages and stuff like that. We had a class group which broke out into smaller groups, and a rush group of girls going through recruitment. I met my roommate that way and it’s been pretty awesome! Good luck!

Join the Facebook group first and you can learn about groupme’s through that. I met my roommates through fb

Just search on Facebook Alabama class of 2025 and it should come up. I’m sure there’s multiple fb pages just search stuff like that and request to join
