XO Legacy question
by: Future studentI’m a XO legacy but not a chapter legacy (it’s another SEC chapter). Would I still have a good shot at a XO at Alabama? Grades are good.

XO’s the biggest sorority in the nation so they have more legacies than any other house. There’s just too many for it to really be a difference maker for you. Just come in with good grades, high involvement and a clean reputation and you’ll have done your part! And if XO doesn’t work out for you, there are a lot of other grade-focused houses that you might love. Keep an open mind and you’ll have a great rush!

Being a legacy is not a guarantee. XO takes legacies and cuts legacies. You really need to get to know girls in the chapter to see if they match what you think. If you study a lot and are super involved, then XO may be a good fit. If you are more laid back about school, then maybe not. XO is called granola a lot, so if you are a homecoming queen or pageant girl, maybe not. Just get to know some girls.
