Does housing fees include sorority dues

sorority dues include house fees (aka meal plan and costs of maintaining the house) and then national/pan dues PLUS any extra billing your sorority does which tend to be optional (tshirts, merch, philanthropies, etc.)
if you live in house, you tend to pay a higher house fee because it would include your rent as well, but it's discounted.
dues will also be highest as a new member, then over time most sororities offer discounts and discount a couple hundred dollars or so worth of dues every extra semester you are active until you graduate. seniors tend to have the highest discount in dues as it's like an incentive to stay in the chapter.
