Definitely not true. Maybe Lambda Chi and DX are.
ZBT, DTD and Ksig are not near Sig Ep and Phi Psi level

All of these houses have 90-110 members and solid guys. Definitely not bottom-tier.

I can’t really tell the difference between Chi Phi, DTD, ZBT compared to Phi Sig, Sigma Pi and AKL.
I wouldn’t say any group is materially better/more popular than the other. Just depends on who you ask, all okay houses. Middle tier of Jefferson

Chi Phi does not have over 70 members. And I'm being generous here. It used to be good house, but this is no longer the case. Going downhill quickly.
DTD known all around campus as weird guys, and kids who couldn't get a bid from any house on University.
Kappa Sig isn't so bad. I respect them, but they aren't the best\n\n\n\n\n@ eh
They're all really on the same level basically. All the Jefferson houses after Kappa Sig are basically all the same with slightly different personalities.
I'd group Chi Phi, with DX and LXA personality/vibe wise.
ZBT is its own niche which isn't bad
At the end of the day, none of the houses on Jefferson are actually bad, ranks just depend on what houses rushees actually want and what houses they actually get a bid from and that is what determines where your house is on the scale.

I don’t know who you’re talking to, but everyone I talk to regards those first three houses as better than the next three. There’s definitely a difference between them.

They technically don't exist if they don't have a house on campus and no one knows who they are though .......

You're still arguing over 2 fraternities that no one knows about or cares about. Off campus fraternities are the equivalent to GDIs. No one cares about them or respects them

All of those houses are very solid and have rich histories, but I still feel that being on University Blvd. is important regardless.
