This is such a joke! There is no way that ZTA is above AXO or AGD. There is no way that any of those 6 sororities (ADII, DZ, G Phi, PBP, DG, etc.) are above AOII. There is no way that A Phi is above DG or AOII because their grades are so much better, and they have much nicer girls who are pretty on the inside and out. There is no way that KKG is top tier. I can't even tell which group wrote this ranking, but the OP certainly does not go to BAMA.

Well, 6 out of the 7 of the groups you have in the top are giving out COBS. Your ranking is a joke! ADII, G PHI, PBP, ZTA, A Phi, KD, and DZ are giving out COB bids. AXO, AGD, DDD, AOII, CHI O, Phi Mu, and DG are not. Try again, OP. Clearly, you don't go to school here.

Honestly, whether a chapter has to COB or not, doesn't change how I would rank them. Sororities with more out of state girls are more likely to have to COB, as girls transfer, graduate early, or pay more for out of state and decide to drop. Some great girls can be found through COB, too!
