Top Retention Rates

So my friend happens to be related to one of the women on the UA panhellenic board and my friend goes to BSC and asked her aunt about retention rates and she told her the top ones.
She didn’t say in what order but the houses with the highest retention rates this year were
AXO, DDD, and XO.
(I did them alphabetically so no one get upset about that)
She also said there was an old row house that had a dramatic fall this year for retention and it wasn’t kd 👀
Believe what you want but this came straight from a Panhellenic board member

No, I’m actually a Tri Delt, but I’m tired of all of this negativity and putting down certain houses for the sake of making yourself feel better. All of old row got a great PC, yes, even KD and AGD, which you know, but you want to bash them to make yourself feel better. I’m in Tri delt bc we are the most real sorority on the row, but obviously not everyone wants to keep it real on here, so I’m gonna come out and say the truth.

True but there’s 6-7 houses that this person could have named any combo of as having the highest retention rates and that wouldn’t have been far fetched either

no... there are 3 houses that anyone being honest would have guessed had the highest retention rates....
