lower top:
phi mu, kkg, kd
mid:
pi phi, zta, adpi, dz
lower mid:
aoii, dg, gphi, aphi
bottom:
theta, sk, sdt

I mean they are all just opinions. It's not like Panhellenic releases an official ranking.

That’s pretty much the deal. What you like in OR is personal and what you like in NR is personal. ZTA creeps into the convo if you are focused on looks and social life and KD falls out of the convo if you are not from the south.

DZ has been working very hard on self-tanking this year. They were consistently the bottom house until this year! 😂

From rock bottom to lower tier, so I guess that is improvement. SK coming in helps DZ a little bit.
