Ranks w/explanation

Top:
Axo, ddd, pm, kkg, xo
Lower top:
Zta, kd, agd
Upper mid:
Pi phi, dg, adpi
Lower mid:
aphi, dz, gphi, aopi
Bottom:
theta, sk, sdt
Top: these houses always get a number of pnms that they want. They get great grades and are pretty involved in campus. Very involved with their philanthropies. they always put on a great rush and are very sought after by a majority of pnms.
Lower top:
they get girls that they want but lose a number of them to other houses, they still end up with great PCs. Their campus involvement could improve. Some of these houses get a little to caught up in rushing from certain hometowns which sometimes hurts them in the end.
Upper mid:
Put on a great rush but lose some of their target girls to the top/lower top houses. They end up finding the great “lesser” know pnms (rush finds) which the top/lower houses need to get better about.
Lower mid:
Put on a good rush but end up losing a lot of their sought after girls. They don’t get as much “hype” as a lot of the other houses do. Campus involvement could improve.
Bottom:
These houses just need to improve their rushes. They are still great houses. Some are newer so they just need to get their footing with their rush. These houses are the ones that A number of girls do try to drop throughout rush.

Y’all need to understand that ranking isn’t just whoever is hottest, sure ZTA has hot pledge classes but there are so many other factors that are taken into account to be considered top

But how is that accurate? I’m literally not an AXO but I don’t see how or why people keep arguing this point. They are literally the same as XO or AGD. They’ve been a top house for years. Most outstanding sorority all the time, several homecoming queens, puts on a great rush, sweet girls, always top in grades, always have several capstone women, typically win homecoming every other year.

i’m also not an axo but i don’t see how anyone could say they’re not a top house? they out rush houses every year, are super involved, and have been a top house for years? i’m genuinely lost

Happens all the time. Folks should take “rankings” on here as one person’s opinion about what is typically the situation.

Why is Theta on an even lower tier? Looking at grade reports over ghe past several years they are bigger than 3-4 houses ranked higher. They have better retention than 3-4 houses ranked higher. Several houses had to COB a lot whereas Theta only COBed a few spots. So why are they always ranked lower?
