Yeah it’d be kinda problematic if pledge classes dropped to 80ish like they are at other schools. They built the chapter houses with the expectation that chapter total would stay around 400

They have to keep numbers up to pay for these McMansions. At the end of the day this is just another form of business and they can’t operate without depending on the money And quantity of new girls coming in.
