Observations with Theta?
by: newmemberI got a bid from theta and I really love the girls. The house is stunning too. But I noticed we aren’t doing much compared to other houses with these retreats and parties and stuff. Do thetas do stuff? Do they party?

Look, I'm not a Theta, but if you actually are a NM and are not feeling involved, REACH OUT TO YOUR NEW MEMBER DIRECTOR.
Your NMD and any Thetas you have met should be your first point of contact, not complaining on this website. Complaining on this website is literally going to do nothing to fix this (assuming this is not a troll).
I know my house (and probably any house) would be heartbroken to see that NMs are complaining here instead of reaching out to their future sisters.

Oh yes, my first week as a nm im gonna complain to the new member director and tell her I’m sad I’m not out partying with my sisters during a pandemic... be reasonable @panlove 🙄

Look, it's time to grow up. Stop complaining and be proactive. If you think that having to be a bit proactive is hard, you have had a very sheltered life.
Talk to your future sisters and your NM director.
Organize your own thing with the other NMs.
If you're not a troll (which I think you are), literally do anything other than post on this website.

I’ve been trying to be positive about getting a bottom house, but I’m so bored and see my roommates going out with members of their organization and I’m depressed. If you want to call this post a troll that’s fine, but I actually am rethinking things so please make sure your new members are having fun

It’s okay! I promise! Trolls don’t get to go out with the real NMs anyway. That would be weird. Maybe you could go find your own friends and then you could go out like the actual thetas are doing? Good luck!
