What tier are ZTA & Pi Phi?

95% sure I’m going to Alabama next year so I’ve been following rush this week to prepare. I’ve heard people say Zeta and Pi Phi are top houses in some posts, but then I saw they are doing COB.

Is it normal for top tier to COB? Why do they need to COB?

tbh lots of ppl call regular posts troll posts. who knows this could be but to me it looks like a girl who’s genuinely curious. not every girl asking questions about houses rankings aren’t troll posts
