It is an expression...so sad you have to resort to this post. No one other than some OR actives, moms, alums and in state PNMs care. Seems like Zeta, PiPhi, ADPi, GPhi, APhi, AOII, DG, DZ, Theta and SK could care less. They are enjoying their new members. The tide is turning...the OR/NR distinction will soon be irrelevant to most!
