It's way past your troll bedtime. We're adults. There are no rivalries. This is greek life, not a gang.

I think ZTA and PM used to but I think over the years PM has edged up so it isn’t as much of a competition anymore

Fraternities usually don’t like their neighbors. Pike and Theta Chi used to have a week of war and peace when they were neighbors on Jefferson

ZTA vs Old Row

There’s no rivalry there at all. Old Row is completely different from Zeta and they do not go after the same kind of girls.

ZTA is constantly trying and succeeding in taking top girls from Old Row houses. So there is a rivalry.
