are dues going to be the same amount this year?? I want to cob but not if the dues are the same

My house has not lowered dues...despite the pandemic and the obvious effects it will have on what we usually are paying for.

The pandemic is increasing house budgets with new costs for additional cleaning staff, dining staff and in some cases, replacement furniture that can be more easily cleaned than upholstered furniture.

my house is lowering dues as well. They haven't said how much, but it will be some.

I think my nationals is lowering some fees by like 10%. So nothing significant.

My house has actually raised dues. We put in new kitchen/dining area and lost people so we need more to support our house. Hoping for alot of PNM.
