what happens sisterhood

What happens during the sisterhood rounds? Do they show videos? Are we going to actually talk for 40 minutes straight?

not sure about this year because I'm not here for recruitment right now but typically (in my house) theres a video, some speeches, and then you probably talk for about 20 minutes
