KD Philanthropy?

I got KD back this morning but I’m still a little confused... the girl was talking to me about arbonne? She said becoming a member was included in part of their dues. She said that in past years philanthropy rounds they usually give out fizzy drinks to the PNMs while we learn about arbonne? She also said something about Girl Scouts but didn’t really talk about it much. Can someone explain this?
