Adpi vs Gphi vs DZ?

What’s the difference between these houses? I always see them as middle of new row (lower-mid overall) but what order would you rank them in, which are known for looks and parties most, which are known for involvement grades etc

adpi is a little bit better than both of them. more academics focused as well

I would definitely put ADPi above these two. Better grades and involvement. Plus ADPi has a different vibe than the other two. Not really similar in my opinion.

GPhi and DZ are pretty similar, so between the two it’s just personal preference.

I see G Phi as quite a bit better than DZ and between ADPi and G Phi I would say it's up to personal choice. G Phis are cuter and more social and ADPis are more academic and serious. Find your people

All three are definitely lower mid. I would rank them ADPi, DZ then GPhi. ADPi did poorly with recruitment with the ‘19 pc and also had to COB, which they never do. The older actives are decent, but they are going to really have to step it up this recruitment, if not DZ may be ranked higher.
DZ has some great girls and did much better than ADPi with their ‘19 pc. Their insta is cute and they seem to have a real sisterhood vibe.
GPhi is decent, they had an ok ‘19 pc and seem to be ranked lower on here because they are a bit more trendy and don’t fit the standard southern sorority type. They have some really nice girls and aren’t as fake/two-faced as some other lower mid houses.

It's a lot about what kind of people you want to hang out with. Of the 3, G Phi got the best class last year. Idk if that means anything about this year. Personally I don't know many ADPis that I think are fun to be around. DZ and G Phi are more social but not as studious. G Phis are generally cuter but DZ has a better insta. For me I'd put it G Phi, DZ, ADPi

I think anyone would rank ADPI higher than the other two houses.

Agreed. ADPi is higher. No one would even compare ADPi to these two houses bc they don’t even have the same vibe.

all pretty similar houses. Adpi def beats GPH in grades though. But GPHI has more of the ‘trendier’/party/fun to be around girls and DZ is pretty similar but GPHIs past two PCs were better

I don’t think anyone would compare ADPI to GPHI or DZ. maybe PI PHI, DG or AOPI but not those

ADPi is like half Pi Phi half AOPi. GPhi is like APhi lite. DZ is kinda half GPhi half DG.

From who’ve I met, I would say adpi is cross between pi phi and xo. Strong academically and have lots of southern girls
