Far Out of State

For the love of God do not go into rush with your heart set on 1, 2, 3 or even 5 houses. Don’t even have your heart set on 10 or your going to get crushed when the houses start making their heavy cuts.
And basing your top houses of Instagram? Smh. You’ve already been catfished.

how would i get someone in the house to pull for me? like would a really good convo during rush be enough or do i have to have known them previously?

People get so mad and butthurt over pnms going in wanting Zeta or Phi Mu. 😂 Not saying I think they are the best of the best and I don’t think this pnm is making a good choice by having two favorite houses going in, but let’s not act like they are bad houses to be in or that there are “better options” thats a little extreme. Every pnm wants something different. To answer your question pnm, both Zeta and Phi Mu take OOS girls. To be completely honest with you, Zeta does not care where you are from but you do have to have a certain look to fit in there imo. So does where you come from matter? No. But do you need to be pretty decent looking? Based off of what I’ve seen in their last 2-3 pledge classes YES. With Phi Mu they do still take OOS, but in-state girls and girls with connections have as advantage. Phi Mu’s pledge classes are heavily based off of connections like having a sister in the house or something along those lines.

Both of those houses take out of state, but it’s harder for Phi Mu if you’re coming from far away.
Are you really pretty? When I say pretty, I mean more than just cute girl next door. Are you cool? Do you have good social media? If yes, then you have a chance at ZTA.
Are you rich or connected? Like, do you drive a luxury/nice car, dress in expensive clothes, have important family? If not, then that’s a no for PM.
