This just shows how old row houses are all. over. this. site!!!! Anytime anything good is said about another house they immediately tear it down and claim that an active from that house is responsible for posting it. PNMS pay attention! (Some) old town houses aren’t as desirable anymore and they’re going to do anything in their power to make new row houses (and even competing old towns houses) look bad. This is what this site boils down to. Half of the actives in any house don’t give a crap about greekrank.

When I see a house ripped a lot I automatically think it’s another house feeling threatened. Several houses constantly self rank on here and then post negative about other houses. It’s very easy to figure out who they are. Those are the houses to avoid.

Adpi stays where it is. A couple of years isn't enough to drop and if it was, the ranks would move around a lot more.
Drop aphi down. They have just had too many issues to be that high.
And call me crazy but I no longer think KAT is bottom and they haven't been for a couple of years.
