Honestly ignoring all the numbers and stuff this is 100% true.
On a note tho I would say PM should be top 1. And AGD should be 2. Top.

ADPi, AOPi, and DG should all be on the same tier. ADPi had a terrible rush this past year and AOPi and DG stole a lot of those girls.

put aopi,adpi,and DG on the same tier. Move GPhi to the bottom. Add SDT to below the bottom of complete irrelevancy.
