I’m going to be really real here and just tell some of y’all the truth. You shouldn’t let this discourage you from rushing but you should be warned. A lot of houses (more than you probably want to believe) have already picked out their pledge class and the people who they want to fill in if they can’t get their top girls. KD is famous for this and AGD is known for it too to a lesser extent. AXO does this too. Pretty much every house is going to have a list or doc or slideshow of girls that they know of coming into rush but some houses don’t give anyone who isn’t on that list a fighting chance. So don’t take cuts personally. Just because you didn’t have connections doesn’t mean you are not as good as girls who got a bid from house that cut you. And there are houses (yes, even top houses according to GR) that do give every girl a chance and will add you to their lists and make room for you in their PC if they love you during rush even if you didnt have any connections in there before.
