Gpa requirement?

I saw on the UA Panhellenic website saying that you must have a certain gpa to be a member of a house. Can anyone tell me if houses are allowed to give bids to girls who don’t meet their required gpa?

usually houses can give bids to a couple of grade risks, but only if they really like you otherwise
