why is alpha phi bottom tier

why is aphi at bama considered bottom tier or not a good sorority? aphi is considered a top tier house at most other schools

They aren’t. Also take into consideration that a so called bottom house at Bama would be an upper middle one at almost any other school in the country .

They're literally the third best sorority. Check the relevant greek post

Aphi is definitely not bottom. They took some top pnms this year and I'm assuming they'll have another great rush. Not at the very top because of grades, but I would put them in the top 7.

Alpha Phi is in a weird spot. People may not necessarily consider them bottom, but anyone I know would say they’re the one house they would have turned down a bid from, even over bottom houses. It’s not worth the reputation. Luckily for them there seem to be enough girls who don’t mind.

Depends on what reputation you want. They are known for being not very intelligent and rude

About 2 years ago APhi lost about half their members when some were kicked out and others quit because of it. They pledge a lot of girls who were cut from other houses because they need the numbers.
