Theta is not a top house but everyone on campus knows they are not a bottom house. They are involved all over campus, great grades, strong sisterhood, strong retention, large house numbers, no QR, cute girls, low drama. The thetas I know are fun and would be at home in my house and just about any house on the row. The alums and machine are all over this site.
