AXO is still top, the quality of all the PCs was so great this year that they got mostly all the girls they wanted. Lost a few to alpha gam and chi o but nothing too crazy

Nope, Aphi can't be moved up because they got a worse class this year than before. They need to rebuild some and hopefully get their grades up
